Sensory immersion.

Three Norfolk

Elevated in every way, Three Norfolk set a new benchmark for residential excellence in Surrey Hills. A project that responded seamlessly to its context.

Located on Surrey Gardens, inspiration was drawn from the rhythm of the trees, the natural landscape throughout the gardens, and its influence on the architectural intent. We conceived a complete brand experience guided by the concept of sensory immersion.

On Surrey Gardens.

An unrivalled project, Three Norfolk sold out completely within the initial three month on-market phase. This success was propelled by a campaign that intimately captured the unique sense of place and connection to nature.

We were fortunate to be part of an exceptional core project team consisting of Wulff Projects, Bruce Henderson Architects and Interiors, Ben Scott Garden Design and Capital Property Marketing. Three Norfolk’s architectural visualisations were created by MR.P, and the project film was produced by SIRAP.

We commissioned renowned photographer Gavin Green to capture Surrey Gardens as it transitioned through the seasons.

The suite of marketing communication was expressed through an editorial approach, engaging with the discerning down-sizer in an informative yet personal way. Additionally to the project brochure, we created a more succinct broadsheet publication.

To bring the concept of ‘Sensory Immersion’ to life, we introduced a natural scented oil as a purchaser gift, inspired by the botanics found in the neighbouring gardens. The scent was also used within the Three Norfolk display gallery to add another layer to the sales experience.
